Labor Market, Lifelong Learning, and European Educational Programs

This course is divided into two main sections. The purpose of the first section is to understand how labor markets function. Specifically, the topics will focus on labor demand and supply, as well as the theory of human capital.
The second section aims to provide an understanding of the concept and characteristics of lifelong learning, along with the benefits of participation in such programs. Additionally, the principles and methodology of adult education will be analyzed. Finally, reference will be made to European educational programs (e.g., Erasmus, Leonardo, Comenius, etc.), including analysis of their objectives and structure.
