The aim of this course is to develop students' conceptual and theoretical background in the field of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior.
The main objectives of the course include:
- Understanding key concepts related to Human Resources and their management.
- Evaluating methods of personnel selection through both theoretical and practical approaches.
- Examining training and compensation systems for employees.
- Gaining knowledge about conflict resolution strategies (employee toxicity), communication methods, and behavior.
- Understanding the relationship between these elements and organizational culture at both individual and collective levels.
- Assimilating the importance of managerial and leadership roles, including their functions and associated competencies.
