The aim of the course is to equip postgraduate students with up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge, skills, and competencies to improve the exercise of administrative duties in organizations and organizational units that provide services in the field of Education. The course seeks to train students in understanding and using modern tools and methods for solving important and complex problems faced by educational units at various levels of administration. This will enable them, as current or future administrative staff, to participate productively in decision-making processes and in the implementation of administrative decisions.
