Curriculum

The courses offered are semester-based, and each study cycle leading to a Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) includes both teaching activities (lectures, tutorials) and research activities along with practical exercises. The language of instruction is Greek and/or English.

Graduate students are required to successfully attend and pass ten (10) courses (five per semester), of which:

  • Six (6) are compulsory (C)
  • Four (4) are elective (E)

Additionally, students must complete a Master’s Thesis. Alternatively, instead of the thesis, students can opt to take and pass two additional courses beyond the ten they have already completed during the first two semesters.

The total number of ECTS credits required to obtain the Master’s Degree is 90 ECTS. The courses and their semester distribution are presented in the following table:
