Application Submission Process

The Coordinating Committee (C.C.) of the MSc program determines the timing of the public announcement for prospective applicants, specifying:

 

  1. The necessary qualifications for admission to the MSc program.
  2. The deadline for submitting the required documents.
  3. The address and method of submitting the necessary documents.

 

 

Required Documents

Applicants must submit the following documents:

 

  • Application form
  • Copy of diploma or Certificate of Completion of Studies
  • Official academic transcript (including exact GPA)
  • Recognition by the Hellenic NARIC (DOATAP) for applicants with degrees from foreign universities
  • Proof of sufficient knowledge of the Greek language (for foreign applicants)
  • Two letters of recommendation
  • Official declaration under Law 1599/86 (for final-year students), stating that if admitted, they agree to enroll only if they obtain their degree by September of the respective year. The Certificate of Completion of Studies must be submitted no later than October 31 of the respective year.
  • Proof of good knowledge of the English language at B2 level (clear photocopy certified by a lawyer or the issuing authority)
  • Certificates and other proof of professional and research activity (if available)
  • Certificates of additional qualifications, scholarships, specialized seminars, courses at foreign universities, studies, postgraduate degrees, complementary education diplomas, etc. (if available)
  • Two recent, color, passport-sized photographs with the applicant’s full name written on the back
  • Photocopy of National Identification Card

 

The application form and letters of recommendation must be submitted using the official forms provided by the Secretariat of the MSc program. The Secretariat reviews the submitted documents for completeness and prepares a numbered and registered file for each applicant, which is then forwarded to the Candidate Evaluation Committee (C.E.C.).
