Design, Implementation, and Evaluation of Educational Programs

The course aims to introduce participants to the concepts of Evaluation and Management of Educational Programs, and how these are applied within educational institutions. It covers topics related to the design and operation of programs, the range of educational activities associated with them, as well as their empirical management.
The course content includes the following thematic areas:
- Control, Evaluation, and Accountability
- Psychosocial dimensions and organizational structures
- Key mechanisms for designing the evaluation of an educational program
- Methods and indicators for evaluating an educational program
- Design and implementation of educational program evaluation
The course will cover real-world examples from the education sector and analyze empirical case studies. Upon completion, participants will be able to apply many of the concepts taught to their own professional environments.
